Day 7

Today we went to the Salt Cathedral located about an hour away in an underground salt mine. We all piled into the car again and headed out this morning. The tour took about 1 hour to complete. Everyone was tired from the walking, but some how the kids had the energy to play on the outdoor play equipment. We than ate at a local restaurant which had very good food.

It rained all the way back to Bogota'. The countryside was filled with lush green grass and cattle. Mostly dairy cows, goats and a few horses. Brad was excited to see a road grader along the way and a couple of huge dirt movers. As you can see I do not know their names. Although, I do know they were CAT variety. So at least I know a little.

Upon our return from the tour it was too wet to play outside so the kids have been going a little stir crazy. There has been a great mix of ages within the B&B so that has helped a lot.
